TERMS & CONDITIONS These Terms & Conditions apply to direct accommodation reservations made with Your Prague Home through our website or directly with us. Company ID (IČO): 24427373 Registered office: Sokolovská 104/85, 186 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic Registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague Email: [info@yourpraguehome.com](mailto:info@yourpraguehome.com) Phone: +420 770 618 177 By completing a reservation, the person making the booking ("Guest") confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and accepts responsibility for ensuring that all accompanying guests comply with the applicable House Rules and accommodation conditions. 1. RESERVATION AND CONTRACT A reservation becomes confirmed when the Guest receives confirmation from Your Prague Home and any payment or payment authorization required for the reservation has been successfully completed. The reservation applies only to the accommodation, dates, number of guests and other details stated in the booking confirmation. The accommodation is provided solely for temporary short-term accommodation during the confirmed reservation period and is not intended to establish permanent or long-term residential rights. 2. PRICES The total accommodation price and any mandatory charges known at the time of booking will be displayed during the reservation process. Prices may vary according to dates, length of stay, occupancy, selected accommodation, availability and other booking conditions. Once a reservation has been confirmed, the agreed accommodation price will not normally change unless: • the Guest requests a modification; • the number of guests changes; • additional services are requested; • legally required taxes or charges change; or • an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred. 3. DIRECT-BOOKING PRICES Prices offered directly through Your Prague Home may be lower than prices for the same accommodation offered through third-party platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com. Direct-booking discounts and promotions are subject to availability and may change for future reservations. 4. PAYMENT Unless otherwise expressly stated during the booking process, the full reservation amount is payable when the reservation is confirmed. Payments may be processed through an authorized payment-service provider. The Guest is responsible for providing valid payment information and ensuring that required payments can be completed. A reservation may be cancelled if a required payment cannot be successfully completed after reasonable notice where appropriate. 5. STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY Unless a different cancellation condition is expressly displayed and accepted before confirmation, the following standard cancellation policy applies to direct reservations made with Your Prague Home. Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: If Your Prague Home receives the cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled Arrival Date, the Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% of the total accommodation price paid. The remaining 50% is non-refundable. Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival: If cancellation is received 30 days or less before the scheduled Arrival Date, the reservation is 100% non-refundable. No refund of the accommodation price is due. For clarity, a cancellation received exactly 30 days before arrival falls within the non-refundable period. The cancellation date is the date on which Your Prague Home receives the Guest's cancellation request through the applicable booking system, email or another agreed written communication method. Any refund due will normally be returned using the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the relevant bank or payment provider. Where legally permissible, genuinely non-recoverable payment-processing costs may be deducted from a refund if Your Prague Home cannot recover those costs from the payment provider. 6. RESERVATION MODIFICATIONS Changes to arrival
