About Your Prague Home Your Prague Home is a locally managed collection of six apartments in Karlín, Prague 8, operated by Modulor Group s.r.o.
Our goal is simple: to offer guests comfortable, well-maintained apartments in one of Prague’s best local neighborhoods, with clear communication, reliable service and a more personal alternative to staying in a large hotel.
We know Karlín well and especially value what makes the area different — excellent restaurants and cafés, peaceful evenings, easy access to the historic center, and the riverside places that many visitors never discover.
Whether you are visiting Prague for a weekend, a family trip, business, or a longer stay, we want Your Prague Home to feel straightforward, comfortable and genuinely welcoming from booking through check-out.

Online check-in
All guests are required to complete our secure online check-in before arrival. After booking, you will receive a personalized check-in link where you can provide the information required for your stay, register accompanying guests and complete any required documentation.
Guest registration
Czech law requires accommodation providers to maintain guest records and, where applicable, report foreign guests to the Czech authorities. Please ensure that the information provided during online check-in is complete and accurate.
Prague accommodation tax
A municipal accommodation tax is payable where required by Czech law. The current Prague rate is 50 CZK per liable guest per night. Any applicable exemptions are handled according to Czech law. Where the tax has not already been included or collected through your booking platform, it may be collected securely during the online check-in process.
Arrival and departure
Your confirmed reservation and pre-arrival instructions will provide the applicable check-in and check-out times for your apartment. Detailed access instructions are provided before arrival once the required check-in process has been completed.
Apartments in residential buildings
Our apartments are located in authentic residential buildings in Karlín. We ask guests to respect the building, common areas and our neighbors throughout their stay.
Families and groups
Our apartments accommodate a wide variety of guests, including couples, families, business travelers and groups. Some neighboring apartments can also be connected to create larger four-bedroom accommodations while retaining two kitchens, two bathrooms and separate living spaces.
Longer stays
Longer stays are welcome. If you are planning an extended visit to Prague, please contact us directly for availability and possible long-stay pricing.
Direct bookings
Booking directly through Your Prague Home typically offers savings of 10–20% compared with booking the same accommodation through Airbnb or Booking.com.

How we started
HOW WE STARTED
Our story began in 2010, when we started managing apartments in Prague for other property owners. After four years of learning the business firsthand and discovering what guests truly value, we decided it was time to buy our first apartment of our own.
For the first seven years, we kept that apartment much as it had originally been. Along the way, we continued to grow, adding another apartment in 2016 and a third in 2019.
During the Covid years, when travel temporarily slowed down, we saw an opportunity to completely rethink and improve our properties. We renovated the apartments, modernized the interiors and transformed them into the comfortable, distinctive spaces they are today.
What began as managing other people’s apartments more than a decade ago gradually became Your Prague Home — a small, locally managed collection built from years of experience, personal investment and a genuine desire to give guests a comfortable place to call home while visiting Prague.
