Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY



The following cancellation policy applies to direct reservations made with Your Prague Home unless a different policy is specifically stated and accepted at the time of booking.

Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival:

If we receive your cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total accommodation price paid.

The remaining 50% is non-refundable.

Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival:

If we receive your cancellation 30 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the reservation is fully non-refundable.

For clarity, a cancellation made exactly 30 days before arrival is considered non-refundable.

No-shows:

Reservations where the guest does not arrive and has not cancelled according to the policy above are fully non-refundable.

Early departure:

If a guest chooses to leave before the confirmed departure date, unused nights are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Your Prague Home.

Reservation changes:

Changes to dates, accommodation or other important booking details are subject to availability and approval by Your Prague Home.

Changing reservation dates does not automatically reset or extend the cancellation period. A modification cannot be used to avoid the cancellation conditions that applied to the original reservation.

Refunds:

Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned using the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.

Your Prague Home reserves the right to offer more flexible cancellation conditions in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion, but guests have no automatic entitlement to an exception.

By completing a reservation, the guest confirms acceptance of the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
