PERSONAL DATA WE MAY COLLECT Depending on the nature of your reservation and stay, we may process information including: • name and surname; • date of birth; • nationality; • home address; • telephone number; • email address; • reservation dates and accommodation details; • number and identity of accompanying guests; • identification-document information where legally required; • information required for Czech guest registration and foreign-police reporting; • information relating to Prague accommodation tax and any applicable exemption; • payment and transaction information; • communications between you and Your Prague Home; • booking history; • requests, complaints and customer-service records; • access and check-in information; • technical information associated with use of our website or booking systems, such as IP address, browser or device information where collected; • information reasonably necessary for the security of guests, accommodation and our business. We seek to collect only personal data reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. 3. HOW WE RECEIVE YOUR DATA We may receive personal data: • directly from you; • through the Your Prague Home website or booking engine; • through our online check-in process; • through accommodation-booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo; • through our property-management and reservation systems; • through payment providers; • from another person making a reservation on your behalf; • from communications with you before, during or after your stay. If one person makes a reservation for other guests, that person is responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to provide the information reasonably required for the reservation and guest-registration process. 4. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING We may process personal data for the following purposes: • creating, administering and confirming reservations; • providing accommodation services; • communicating with guests before, during and after their stay; • processing payments, refunds and deposits; • completing online check-in; • providing accommodation access; • maintaining legally required guest records; • reporting foreign guests to Czech authorities where legally required; • administering and reporting Prague accommodation tax; • complying with accounting, tax and other legal obligations; • providing customer service; • responding to complaints or disputes; • preventing fraud, misuse and unauthorized occupancy; • protecting guests, employees, accommodation and property; • enforcing booking terms and House Rules where necessary; • establishing, exercising or defending legal claims; • maintaining and improving our website, booking process and accommodation services; • sending marketing communications where legally permitted and, where required, with your consent. 5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING Depending on the particular processing activity, we process personal data on one or more of the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): Performance of a contract: Processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an accommodation agreement or to perform a confirmed reservation or accommodation agreement. Legal obligation: Processing necessary to comply with Czech legal obligations, including guest registration, foreign-police reporting, accommodation-tax obligations, accounting and taxation. Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for our legitimate interests, including protecting our accommodation and business, preventing fraud and misuse, providing customer support, maintaining records, resolving disputes and establishing or defending legal claims, provided those interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms. Consent: Where processing requires your consent, for example certain types of optional marketing or cookies, consent may be requested separately. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. 6.
