We want every guest to enjoy a comfortable stay while respecting our apartments, neighbors and residential buildings. Please observe the following rules throughout your stay.

Registered guests only

Only guests included in the reservation and registered through the online check-in process may stay overnight in the apartment. Unregistered overnight guests, subletting or transferring the reservation to another person are not permitted.

Quiet hours: 22:00–06:00

Our apartments are located in residential buildings. Please keep noise to a minimum during night quiet hours and be considerate of our neighbors at all times. Excessive or repeated disturbance may result in termination of the stay.

No parties or events

Parties, unauthorized gatherings and events are strictly prohibited. An unauthorized party or event is subject to a 10,000 CZK contractual penalty and may result in termination of the stay.

No smoking or vaping

Smoking, vaping, electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products are prohibited inside the apartments and indoor common areas of the building. Violation of this rule is subject to a 5,000 CZK contractual penalty, in addition to any reasonable costs resulting from extraordinary cleaning or damage.

Noise and safety equipment

Some apartments may contain privacy-compliant noise-monitoring equipment that measures sound levels only and does not record conversations. Guests must not disable, unplug, cover, move or interfere with noise monitors, smoke detectors, security devices or other safety equipment.

Keys and access devices

Please take care of all keys, electronic chips and access devices provided during your stay. Lost keys, lost access devices or emergency locksmith call-outs resulting from guest negligence are subject to a 2,500 CZK contractual penalty, with additional documented costs payable where applicable.

Care of the apartment

Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves, members of their group or visitors they allow into the property. Please report any damage, breakage, leak or other significant problem as soon as possible.

Check-out

Please leave the apartment reasonably tidy, remove your personal belongings, close windows, switch off appliances where requested, lock the apartment and return all keys or access devices according to the check-out instructions.

Illegal or dangerous activity

Illegal activity, violence, threats, deliberate property damage, tampering with safety equipment or conduct creating a serious risk to people or property is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the accommodation to the extent permitted by law.

By completing a reservation and staying at the property, guests agree to respect these House Rules together with the applicable booking terms and Guest Short-Term Accommodation Agreement.
