Pernerova Spacious & Lofy is a spacious approximately 85 m² apartment offering three separate sleeping rooms, a large living room, a separate kitchen and a dedicated dining area.

The master bedroom features a large California king-size bed, providing an especially comfortable sleeping space for couples.

The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third sleeping room features another double bed in a distinctive elevated loft-style arrangement. This gives the apartment three separate sleeping areas and makes it particularly practical for families and groups who value privacy.

At the center of the apartment is a generous living room with plenty of space for everyone to relax together after exploring Prague. The sofa can also be converted into a bed, providing additional sleeping flexibility when needed.

Just off the living room is the separate kitchen and a small dining area, allowing guests to prepare meals and eat together without using the bedrooms as living space.

With approximately 85 m², Pernerova Spacious & Lofy offers considerably more room than a typical Prague city apartment and works equally well for shorter city breaks, family holidays and longer stays.

Pernerova Spacious & Lofy has a flexible layout that works particularly well for families and groups. In addition to the three separate sleeping rooms, the living-room sofa can be converted into an extra bed when needed.

One of the sleeping areas is elevated in a loft-style arrangement, so guests using that bed should be comfortable accessing an elevated sleeping space.

The apartment is generously sized at approximately 85 m², which gives larger groups much more room to spread out than in a typical city apartment.

Because the apartment is located in a residential building, we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 06:00.

Parties and events are not permitted, and only registered guests included in the reservation may stay overnight.

All guests must complete the required online check-in and guest-registration process before arrival as instructed.

Pernerova Spacious & Lofy is well positioned for exploring Prague, with several convenient transport options nearby.

Metro, tram and bus connections make it easy to reach Old Town, Wenceslas Square, the main train station and other parts of the city without needing a car.

Karlín is also very walkable, so many restaurants, cafés, bakeries, supermarkets and everyday services can be reached on foot from the apartment.

For guests who enjoy walking, central Prague can also be reached on foot, and the nearby Vltava river provides a more relaxed route toward the center and other riverside areas.

Taxis and ride-hailing services are widely available throughout Prague, which can be especially useful for airport transfers, late arrivals or when traveling with luggage.

For most guests, the easiest way to get around is a combination of walking and public transport, with a car generally unnecessary during the stay.

Pernerova Spacious & Lofy is located on Pernerova Street in Karlín, a part of Prague that combines a genuine local atmosphere with very easy access to the historic center.

The surrounding streets are filled with historic buildings, independent cafés, bakeries, neighborhood restaurants and everyday shops. Karlín has also developed one of Prague’s best food and coffee scenes, ranging from casual local favorites to some of the city’s most interesting modern restaurants.

One of the things we particularly enjoy about the neighborhood is its community atmosphere. On many weekends, the green open area around the nearby church becomes a gathering place for farmers’ markets, food stalls, seasonal events and other local activities. It is a great opportunity to experience a side of Prague that many visitors staying in the tourist center never see.

The neighborhood is also very pleasant to explore on foot. The Vltava river is nearby, and during warmer months the riverside comes alive with walking and cycling paths, outdoor seating, seasonal bars and relaxed places to spend an afternoon or evening.

Despite its local residential character, central Prague is very easy to reach. You can spend the day visiting Prague’s famous sights and return in the evening to a neighborhood that feels noticeably calmer and more authentic.

For guests who want restaurants, cafés, local events and everyday conveniences close by while experiencing more than just Prague’s tourist center, Pernerova Spacious & Lofy is an excellent base.
