Modern Karlín Apt is a spacious 55 m² apartment with a flexible three-room layout, ideal for families, friends and guests who appreciate having separate sleeping and living areas.

The apartment includes a separate kitchen and dining room, giving you a dedicated space for preparing meals and eating together without taking away from the sleeping or living areas.

One bedroom features a distinctive loft-style sleeping area with an additional bed underneath, creating two separate sleeping spaces within the room.

The living room can also function as a second bedroom. It features another elevated loft sleeping area with a comfortable sofa and living space below, making excellent use of the apartment’s height while preserving plenty of usable floor space.

The bathroom facilities are conveniently divided into two separate rooms: one with a toilet and sink, and another with a shower and sink. This arrangement is particularly practical when several guests are staying together, as the shower and toilet can be used independently at the same time.

The apartment also offers fast Wi-Fi and everything needed for a comfortable city break, family holiday, business trip or longer stay.

Modern Karlín Apt is located in Karlín, Prague 8, one of Prague’s most desirable local neighborhoods. The metro is approximately one minute away, while Prague’s historic center is also easily accessible and can be reached on foot.

Modern Karlín Apt features elevated loft-style sleeping areas, so guests should be comfortable using stairs or steps to access some of the beds.

The apartment has a flexible layout with several separate sleeping and living areas. The bathroom facilities are divided into two rooms: one with a toilet and sink, and another with a shower and sink.

Because of this split layout, multiple guests can use the bathroom facilities more conveniently at the same time.

The apartment is located in a residential building, so guests are asked to respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 06:00.

Parties and events are not permitted, and only registered guests included in the reservation may stay overnight.

All guests must complete the required online check-in and guest-registration process before arrival as instructed.
