This stylish 35 m² apartment in Karlín features a distinctive loft-style design that makes excellent use of the space while providing separate areas for sleeping, relaxing and dining.

The apartment consists of two separate rooms, each with its own elevated loft sleeping area. In one room, the kitchen is cleverly positioned beneath the loft, creating a practical kitchen and dining space. The second room combines another loft sleeping area with a comfortable living space below.

The elevated sleeping areas allow much more of the apartment’s floor space to remain available for everyday living, giving this compact apartment a surprisingly spacious and flexible feel.

The apartment features elevated loft-style sleeping areas, so guests should be comfortable using stairs or steps to access the beds.

Because of the loft design, the apartment feels much more spacious than a traditional 35 m² layout, but the sleeping areas are elevated rather than at standard floor level.

The apartment is located in a residential building, so guests are asked to respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 06:00.

Parties and events are not permitted, and only registered guests included in the reservation may stay overnight.

All guests must complete the required online check-in and guest-registration process before arrival as instructed.
