The interiors feature a distinctive loft-style design that makes excellent use of the space. Several of the sleeping areas are located on comfortable lofted levels, leaving additional living and relaxation space below. The combination of separate rooms and two independent living areas makes the accommodation particularly practical for larger groups, allowing everyone to stay together without sacrificing privacy.

Having two kitchens and two bathrooms is a major advantage for families and groups, especially during longer stays. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout, making the property equally suitable for holidays, business trips and extended visits to Prague.

The apartments are located in Karlín, Prague 8, one of Prague’s most desirable neighborhoods. Karlín combines beautiful historic architecture with excellent local restaurants, cafés, bakeries and bars, while remaining within easy reach of Prague’s historic center.

The river is also within walking distance, along with some of Prague’s lesser-known riverside places to eat, drink and relax. Public transport connections are excellent, although many of Prague’s main attractions can also be reached on foot.

For guests who need more room than a typical city apartment can offer, this combined accommodation provides an unusual amount of space, flexibility and privacy while keeping the entire group together under one roof.

This accommodation is created by connecting two adjoining apartments, K1 and K2, allowing your group to use both apartments together as one approximately 90 m² accommodation.

The layout is particularly useful for families and groups because you have two kitchens, separate living areas and several sleeping spaces, giving everyone more privacy than a conventional large apartment.

Please note that several of the beds are located in elevated loft-style sleeping areas. This is part of the apartment's distinctive design, but guests should be comfortable using elevated sleeping spaces.

The bathroom facilities are divided between the two apartments. There is one full bathroom, plus an additional separate WC with sink and a separate shower room with sink. This arrangement allows different members of the group to use the shower and toilet facilities at the same time.

The apartments are located in a residential building, so guests are asked to be considerate of our neighbors, particularly during quiet hours from 22:00 to 06:00. Parties and events are not permitted.

All overnight guests must be included in the reservation and complete the required online guest-registration process before or during check-in as instructed.

Karlín is very well connected to the rest of Prague, making it easy to explore the city without a car.

Metro, tram and bus connections are all nearby, with quick access to Prague’s historic center, the main train station and other parts of the city. Many of Prague’s central attractions can also be reached comfortably on foot.

The neighborhood itself is very walkable, with restaurants, cafés, bakeries, supermarkets and other everyday services close by.

The Vltava river is also within walking distance and offers a pleasant route toward central Prague, as well as access to riverside bars, seasonal venues and recreational areas.

Taxis and ride-hailing services are widely available throughout Prague, and reaching the apartment from Prague Airport is straightforward by public transport or car.

For most guests, a car is not necessary during the stay.

The Vltava river is within easy walking distance, where you can discover some of Prague’s lesser-known riverside bars, seasonal pop-up venues and places to sit, have a drink and enjoy the atmosphere away from the main tourist crowds.

Public transportation connections are excellent, making it easy to reach all parts of Prague, although many central attractions can also be reached on foot.

Karlín is particularly well suited to guests who want to experience Prague beyond the main tourist streets while still having the city center conveniently close by.
